Led by Rocco and Jo Natoli, David Reid Homes Sydney combines more than four decades of construction and property industry experience with a highly personalised, hands-on approach. Together, they bring a rare balance of technical knowledge, practical building expertise, communication, and project management that allows clients to feel genuinely supported throughout every stage of their project.

Rocco Natoli
Rocco Natoli began his career as a carpenter in 1985 before becoming a licensed builder in 1991. Over the past 40 years, he has successfully delivered an extensive range of projects, from bespoke family homes through to large-scale multi-residential apartment developments, industrial buildings, and commercial construction projects.
This depth of experience gives Rocco a highly analytical and solutions-focused approach to building. He is known for identifying challenges early, refining designs during planning, and applying value engineering principles that help clients maximise quality, functionality, and budget efficiency without compromising the integrity of the design.
As a registered Building Practitioner under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act, Rocco brings a level of technical understanding and professionalism that few residential builders can offer.
Despite his extensive experience, his approach remains deeply hands-on. Rocco is actively involved throughout construction and maintains close oversight of every project, ensuring quality, communication, and progress are consistently maintained.
Importantly, he understands that building terminology and technical processes can often feel overwhelming for clients. His ability to explain complex matters in a straightforward and easy-to-understand way helps clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the build.
Jo Natoli
Jo Natoli plays a vital role in ensuring every David Reid Homes Sydney project runs smoothly from both an administrative and client experience perspective.
With more than 35 years of experience in the property industry, including many years working alongside Rocco across a wide range of construction projects, Jo brings exceptional organisational expertise, communication, and project coordination to the business.
As Contract Administrator and Financial Controller, Jo is often the primary point of contact for clients throughout the building journey. Her approachable nature, professionalism, and attention to detail help ensure clients always feel supported, informed, and connected throughout the process.
From managing documentation and approvals through to coordinating communication and maintaining project transparency, Jo plays an integral role in creating the seamless and highly personalised experience David Reid Homes Sydney is known for.
