3. Concept and Design of Your New Home

7. Construction and Project Management

Construction is managed with a highly hands-on approach from beginning to end. 8. Quality Control

Detailed inspections are carried out throughout the build and prior to completion to ensure every aspect of the home has been completed to the expected standard.

9. Handover-Completion

The handover stage is the culmination of months of planning, collaboration, and construction. Before completion, we undertake final inspections and ensure all operational manuals, warranties, certifications, and documentation are prepared for the client. We then guide you through your completed home to ensure complete confidence before handover.

10. Moving In

Finally, you can move in and bask in the joy of living in your brand-new David Reid Home. But our commitment doesn’t end here. We’re always available to help explain the maintenance periods and conditions of your guarantee, ensuring your peace of mind.
